2. Pay by check: After you submit, you’ll automatically receive a copy of your responses to your email inbox; print a copy to mail with your payment. See below for more information.
3. Pay online: After you submit,  select your membership type and then the Pay Now button to pay with PayPal. You’ll automatically receive a copy of your responses to your email inbox.
4. Students: Simply complete the form and submit and you’re done.
