The LWVNYS Biennial Convention will be held on June 2-4, 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Albany – Desmond Hotel (yes, it’ll be an in-person Convention). We have started to make plans for the Convention and your local League should, too. The Registration Kit will be emailed in late February so start thinking about who might represent your League.

If you have any suggested amendments to the League’s bylaws (https://lwvny.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Bylaws-as-Amended-June-2021-Convention.pdf), email laura@lwvny.org.
If you have any suggestions for officers or members of the state League’s board of directors, email Kate Jankowski, Nominating Committee Chair, at kwillower@hotmail.com. You can nominate yourself or someone else. The Committee will be considering potential nominees and reaching out to people in January.
